The guarantee section on your landing page is a trust-building element that can significantly impact conversion rates. Auware gives you several ways to customize how it looks and what it says, so you can tailor it to match your brand’s specific guarantee and your audience’s concerns.
Editing the Guarantee Text
Click on the guarantee headline or body text to edit it inline, just like any other text on the page. The AI generates default guarantee copy based on your product and strategy, but you should customize it to match your actual guarantee policy. Whether you offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, a lifetime warranty, a “love it or your money back” promise, or a satisfaction guarantee with free returns, the text should reflect what you actually stand behind.
The guarantee headline is the first thing visitors read, so make it specific and confident. “30-Day Risk-Free Trial” is more compelling than “Our Guarantee.” The body text should explain what happens if the customer is not satisfied - will they get a full refund, a replacement, store credit? Being specific builds trust.
Changing the Guarantee Icon
The default guarantee icon is typically a shield or checkmark, but you can change it to better represent your offer. Click on the guarantee icon in the editor to open the Icon Picker, which provides a searchable library of hundreds of icons. Search for “shield,” “certificate,” “award,” “star,” “heart,” or any other concept that fits your guarantee. The icon appears at the selected size and uses your primary brand color.
Text Only Mode
If you prefer a clean, minimal guarantee section without an icon or image, you can toggle to Text Only mode. This removes all visual elements except the guarantee headline, body text, and CTA button. To enable Text Only mode, hover over the guarantee section to reveal the “Choose Layout” button, then toggle the Text Only option.
Text Only mode works well when the guarantee message is strong enough to stand on its own, or when you want a more streamlined page with fewer visual elements.
Background Image
You can set a background image behind the guarantee section to create a more visually striking presentation. Click on the image area in the guarantee section and select an image from the Image Gallery. When a background image is set, the section automatically applies a frosted glass blur effect - a semi-transparent white overlay with a backdrop blur - that keeps the text readable while letting the image create atmosphere in the background.
This effect works particularly well with lifestyle or product images that reinforce the guarantee message. For example, a skincare brand might use a clean, spa-like background image behind their satisfaction guarantee, or an outdoor brand might use a nature scene behind their durability promise.
Hiding the Guarantee Section
If a guarantee is not relevant to your campaign or product, you can hide the entire section. Hover over the guarantee section header and click the delete button. Use undo to bring it back if you change your mind. You can also hide the guarantee on specific audience pages while keeping it on others - for example, showing the guarantee to “First-Time Buyers” who need reassurance but hiding it for “Repeat Customers” who already trust your brand.
