Beyond the main dashboard, Auware provides a dedicated Reports section with deeper analysis tools that let you drill into campaign performance, compare audiences across campaigns, analyze channel attribution, and export data for use in other tools.
Accessing Reports
Click “Reports” in the main navigation to open the reporting suite. Reports are organized into tabs, each focused on a different aspect of your performance:
Campaign Performance lets you select a single campaign and see its complete metrics - daily trend, conversion funnel, audience breakdown, and channel attribution all on one page. This is the go-to view when you want to deeply analyze how a specific product campaign is performing.
Audience Insights shows audience performance across all campaigns, ranked by conversion rate. This is especially valuable for identifying which audience types consistently convert well for your brand, not just for a single campaign. If “Busy Parents” outperforms other audiences across multiple product campaigns, that is a signal to invest more ad spend in that segment.
Channel Attribution breaks down your traffic and conversions by source across all campaigns. This helps you understand whether Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or Email is delivering the best return on your ad investment.
Meta Ads aggregates all of your Meta advertising data with metrics including spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, and ROAS. If you have Meta Ads connected, this gives you a unified view of your paid social performance.
Revenue and Orders focuses on financial metrics - daily revenue trends, AOV tracking, growth rates, and segmentation by audience and channel.
Vanity Domains (Pro and Agency) shows traffic and redirect data for your vanity domain URLs.
FAQ Insights shows which FAQ questions on your landing pages get the most clicks, helping you understand what information visitors are looking for.
Time Range and Filtering
All reports support time range selection (7, 14, 30, 60, 90, or 365 days) and can be filtered by campaign. This lets you zoom in on specific periods - like a holiday promotion week - or compare long-term trends.
Exporting Data
You can export any report view to CSV or PDF format. CSV exports are useful for importing data into spreadsheets or business intelligence tools. PDF exports create formatted reports suitable for sharing with clients or stakeholders.
Scheduled Reports
You can set up automated report delivery on a recurring schedule. Configure which report you want, the time range, and the delivery method (email), and Auware will send updated reports automatically. This is particularly useful for agencies that need to provide regular performance updates to clients without manually pulling data each time.
