One of Auware’s most powerful features is AI-powered audience identification. Instead of guessing who your target audiences should be, Auware analyzes your product and baseline landing page copy to suggest specific audience segments that are both practical to target in ad platforms and likely to convert.
How the AI Identifies Audiences
After you generate your baseline landing page, Auware’s AI analyzes the approved copy along with your product data to identify six audience segments. Each suggestion includes a descriptive audience name (like “Busy Parents Seeking Convenience” or “Fitness Enthusiasts Tracking Macros”), a detailed description of who they are and what motivates them, and targeting data that maps to ad platform demographics and interests.
The AI does not just pick generic demographics. It combines years of DTC marketing experience with analysis of your specific product to find audiences that make strategic sense. For a rice cooker, for example, you might get audiences like “Meal Prep Enthusiasts” (motivated by portion control and time savings), “College Students on a Budget” (motivated by affordability and simplicity), and “Home Cooks Exploring Asian Cuisine” (motivated by authentic cooking experiences). Each of these maps to real targeting options in Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Working with Audience Suggestions
When you reach the Audiences step in the campaign wizard, you will see the AI’s six suggestions. For each audience, you can:
Approve it to include it in your campaign. Approved audiences will get their own dedicated landing page with copy tailored to their specific motivations.
Remove it if it does not fit your campaign. The AI casts a wide net intentionally - not every suggestion will be relevant for every campaign.
Add your own custom audiences. If you know your market well and want to target a specific segment the AI did not suggest, you can create a custom audience with your own name and description.
You need at least one approved audience to generate audience-specific landing pages. If you decide not to use any audiences, you can skip this step entirely and just publish your baseline landing page.
What Happens After Approval
Once you approve your audiences and move forward, Auware generates a dedicated landing page for each approved audience. The AI takes your entire baseline page as input and adapts it - rewriting headlines, adjusting feature emphasis, reordering sections, tailoring the FAQ, and selecting different reviews - all to match what matters most to each specific audience.
This is not just swapping a few words. The AI genuinely rethinks the messaging for each audience. A “Budget-Conscious Families” page might lead with value and affordability messaging, while a “Health-Conscious Athletes” page for the same product might lead with nutritional benefits and performance.
Audience Limits by Tier
The number of audiences you can approve per campaign depends on your subscription tier. Free and Starter plans allow up to 2 audiences per campaign. Pro allows up to 6. Agency plans have no practical limit. These limits apply to approved audiences - the AI always suggests 6 regardless of your tier, and you choose which ones to keep within your limit.
