How to Regenerate a Field
In the WYSIWYG editor, hover over any text element - a headline, body paragraph, feature description, FAQ answer, or any other editable text. A small toolbar appears with a Regenerate button (shown as an AI wand icon). Click it, and the AI generates a fresh version of just that field while keeping everything else on the page exactly as it is.
The regeneration is context-aware. The AI knows what format you are using, what strategy you selected, what product the campaign is for, and what audience the page targets (if you are editing an audience page). This means the new text fits naturally with the rest of your copy rather than feeling disconnected or generic.
When to Use Regeneration
Regeneration is useful when a generated headline does not quite capture the angle you want, when a feature description is too long or too vague, when an FAQ answer does not address the right concern, or when you simply want to see an alternative version before deciding what works best.
Because regeneration is fast - typically a few seconds per field - you can try several versions quickly. Each regeneration produces a genuinely different result, not just a minor rewording of the same text. This makes it practical to cycle through options until you find copy that feels right.
The Alternative: Manual Editing
You are never locked into AI-generated copy. Every text field on the page is directly editable - just click on it and start typing. You can replace AI-generated text with your own copy at any time. Many users find the best approach is a combination: let the AI generate a strong starting point, then manually refine specific phrases or sentences to match their brand voice exactly.
Regeneration vs Full Page Generation
Regenerating a single field is different from regenerating the entire page. When you regenerate one field, only that field changes. When you re-enter the Editor step after changing your strategy, template, or discount, the entire baseline page regenerates from scratch. If you have made manual edits that you want to keep, save or note them before triggering a full regeneration.
