Auware keeps users and permissions simple but flexible. You can invite as many people as your tier allows to each store, including your own team members who manage campaigns and your clients who want visibility into results. Once a user accepts the invitation, they have access to every campaign within that store.
When inviting a new user, you choose from four permission levels: Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer. Owners have full control over the store, including billing and the ability to invite any role. Admins have access to everything except owner-level actions and can invite Admins, Editors, and Viewers. Editors can edit campaigns and content but cannot change settings or invite other users. Viewers have read-only access to campaigns and metrics but cannot make any changes.
This four-role model gives agencies the granularity they need without overcomplicating things. You can give your lead strategist Admin access, your content team Editor access, and your clients Viewer access. Everyone gets the level of control they need without confusion or overlap.
We designed permissions this way because agencies often struggle with overly complicated access systems. Many platforms introduce dozens of granular toggles that slow teams down and create confusion. Auware keeps it clean: four roles, clear boundaries, and no ambiguity about who can do what.
