Auware supports two billing paths depending on how you signed up.
If you install Auware from the Shopify App Store, subscription charges are handled through the Shopify Billing API. This means your Auware subscription appears as part of your regular Shopify bill, just like any other app. You can manage and cancel the subscription directly in your Shopify admin.
If you sign up directly through the Auware website or are using Buyist, billing is handled through Stripe. You can pay with a credit card, manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal, and access invoices and payment history there.
Both billing paths support all three subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Agency) and provide the same features and functionality. The only difference is where the charges appear and how you manage your payment method. This dual billing approach ensures that whether you discover Auware through the Shopify App Store or through our website, the onboarding experience is seamless.
