The number of active campaigns you can run depends on your subscription tier. Starter allows 2 campaigns per store, Pro allows 10, and Agency allows unlimited campaigns. These limits ensure campaigns remain organized, manageable, and easy to optimize while still supporting a wide range of promotions at every business size.
Each tier also has its own audience limits per campaign. Starter allows 2 audiences per campaign, Pro allows 6, and Agency allows unlimited audiences. This gives you the flexibility to scale your audience targeting as your business grows and your media budgets increase.
If you need more campaigns than your current tier allows, you can upgrade at any time through Settings in your Auware dashboard or through the Shopify Billing flow. Upgrading takes effect immediately and gives you access to the higher limits right away.
